Ike has carved a significant career in corporate communications and public relations with his over twenty years of experience as PR practitioner. He worked with PLDT as Media Information Section Head until his optional retirement in 2004. He also has an extensive experience in cooperative affairs being the Vice-Chair of the Publications of the Educational Committee joint cooperatives of PLDT. An entrepreneur he used to head a media consultancy firm.

Pol is a Certified Public Accountant and serves as financial and accounting consultant to several companies. A former senior auditor of the Sycip, Gorres Velayo & Co., he held positions of VP of Fil SINO Manpower Services, Inc. of OFWs to Taiwan and AVP Finance for Peggy Mills, Inc. He is currently Vice President for Finance of FILSYN Corporation.

Jun is an experienced banker and financial consultant currently serving as a Director at CITXENS Bank and Finance Director at RCR Group of Companies. Holding an MBA, he has a proven track record with major institutions like BPI and Land Bank, where he notably organized and promoted cooperatives. Beyond his leadership in various civic organizations, he possesses specialized expertise in international manpower recruitment through his family business.

Irene brings to TotalDev a wealth of expertise and experiences in office automation of billing and accounting systems – a project she spearheads. She also shares her vast management skills which she gained through her more than 30 years stint in PLDT. She worked for PLDT’s Information Systems (IS) sector most of her career. She was an IS Senior Manager, the last position she held before her early retirement after 25 years of service. She has now retired from her 5-year consultancy job as Project Manager for Business Transformation project in PLDT.

Rolly is a businessman, farmer, entrepreneur. He is presently engaged in agri-business. Before this, he served at the Department of Foreign Affairs Consular Service as an Evaluator in the Citizen Evaluation Committee and with the Palma, Aquino, Regino, De Vera Law Offices as technical assistant. A licensed underwriter, he is also currently Head of the Commission on the Family at the HIJ Parish. He is a Bachelor of Law graduate from UST.

Dindo is a seasoned manager and administrator of Human Resources functions with extensive corporate training and development as well as consulting experience while working with the country’s premiere local and global telecom company. Major strengths include HR business planning and execution, coaching and mentoring. Additional skills in the area of Cooperative organization. A dependable, productive and socially-oriented person who values integrity and excellence, he is a principal associate of an international training and consulting firm operating in the country.

Felix has over 20 years experience in working in and managing a large multinational manufacturing company. An Ateneo de Manila MBA candidate, he has broad exposure in general management, finance, labor relations, CBA negotiations and international marketing of garments. He held key positions in various organizations such as Export Processing Zone Chamber of Exporters, Garment Manufacturer's Association of EPZA and a former Chapter Head of the Couples for Christ Community. He has a solid background in mutual fund, life and non-life insurance.

Zaldy is an experienced professional with over 30 years of experience in Human Resources, accounting, and cooperative management. He is a versatile leader specializing in banking, finance, and outsourcing. A University of the East Accountancy graduate and former Franciscan seminarian, he blends financial expertise with a values-driven leadership style. He excels in payroll, auditing, and labor law compliance, driving operational excellence through a principled, human-centered approach.

Freida is a seasoned leader with nearly 20 years of experience in business development, strategic operations, sales, marketing, client relations, and people leadership. She bringsover 13 years of being a visionary and progressive executive experience managing payroll, billing, collection, and service operations. Her diverse background spans operations management, technology solutions, and customer engagement, making her an expert in organizational growth, process improvement, and team development. She holds an MBA with Honors/Distinction and a Bachelor of Commercial Science major in Management, Cum Laude, from Jose Rizal University.

Lyn has dedicated over 10 years of her career to TotalDev, progressing from an on-the-job Trainee (OJT) to Manager through exceptional growth and commitment. She holds a Business Administration degree in Office Management from Rizal Technological University and will begin her MBA this year. Leveraging her deep expertise in business development, operations, and client servicing, Lyn continues to drive TotalDev's operational success and high service standards.

Aleth is a results-driven professional with over 15 years of experience in manpower outsourcing operations, business development, and service management. Her extensive expertise includes workforce deployment, client servicing, supervision, operational coordination, and property/facility account management. In her current managerial role, she drives service efficiency, client relationships, and operational excellence to deliver goal-aligned manpower solutions.
