In compliance with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) Regulations, TotalDev Multi-Purpose Cooperative remains steadfastly committed to the 5th and 7th Cooperative Principles — Education, Training, and Information; and Concern for Community, respectively.

Grounded in sustainable development and social equity, TotalDev's allocation and utilization of its Community Development Fund (CDF) translate into impactful socio-economic interventions. Through its comprehensive Social Responsibility Program (SRP), TotalDev addresses the critical sectors of education, youth development, elderly care, nutrition, and public health.

TotalDev strictly utilizes its social resources to ensure accountability, transparency, and grassroots empowerment. The Social Responsibility Program is not merely a compliance checklist — it is a manifestation of the cooperative identity: that it cares.

Five programs, one mission: uplift communities.

Education

Indigent Children Scholarship Program

Cooperative Objective: Promotion of continuous education and poverty alleviation through academic equity.

TotalDev actively identifies and sponsors qualified youth from low-income households, absorbing educational costs like tuition, books, and basic stipends to minimize dropout rates. In partnership with a community-based NGO that supports indigent children, youth, and their families, this initiative highlights the Cooperative's collaborative efforts and community partnerships. By investing in the community's future workforce, TotalDev aligns directly with the global sustainable agenda for quality education.

Education

Balik Eskwela Initiative

Cooperative Objective: Support for basic public education and school readiness.

Ahead of previous academic calendars, TotalDev spearheaded the "Balik Eskwela" drive — an initiative that distributed complete learning kits including backpacks, notebooks, uniforms, and basic writing materials to public elementary and high school students. This program lessened the financial burden on marginalized cooperative members and nearby communities during the enrollment season.

Elderly Care

Young at Heart (Program for the Elderly)

Cooperative Objective: Inclusive social development and senior citizen welfare.

Among the Cooperative's previous projects was the "Young at Heart" campaign, which provided comprehensive psychological and physiological support to senior citizens. This initiative featured structured socialization events, recreational activities, and dedicated seminars on geriatric health and wellness. The program also distributed adult wellness packs containing vitamins, milk, and basic medical supplies, while offering grooming services such as haircuts and hair dyeing.

Nutrition

"Munting Kalinga, Hatid ay Saya Para sa mga Bata"

Cooperative Objective: Eradication of malnutrition and support for early child development.

TotalDev conducts targeted, cycle-based supplemental feeding initiatives aimed at undernourished and wasted children in host barangays. The program not only promotes healthy eating habits among children but also ensures nutrient-dense meals alongside regular height-and-weight tracking to systematically combat community malnutrition.

Public Health

Medical and Dental Mission

Cooperative Objective: Delivering accessible primary healthcare to underserved communities.

To mitigate the high costs of healthcare, TotalDev collaborates with licensed volunteer physicians, dentists, and health advocates to launch comprehensive medical and dental missions. The missions provide free consultations, tooth extractions, vital health screenings, and the distribution of prescribed maintenance medicines, vitamins, and oral care packages to indigent beneficiaries.
